Chocolate mug cake

INGREDIENTS

• 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour
• 2 table spoons of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 3 tablespoons of milk
• 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence
• 2 table spoons of oil

METHOD

• Add all purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt to a mug
• Mix them using a fork
• Add milk, vanilla essence and oil to the same mug, mix them using the fork and a smooth batter
• Add some chocolate chips / grated chocolate to the mug give it a small whisk
• Microwave the mug with the batter for one minute
• Sprinkle some icing sugar over it and serve to your loved ones
• SERVES - 1 PERSON
