This is a perfect butter cream frosting / icing recipe that everyone is searching for. This can be stored in the fridge for few weeks & in the freezer for 3 months. You will have to get it into the room temperature when you are using it after it is stored.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g / 1 cup of butter
- 375 g / 3 cups of icing sugar
- 30 ml / 2 table spoons of milk
METHOD
- Put the butter into the bowl and beat it until it become a smooth cream (Beat it until the 1 cup of butter becomes doubled in volume)
- Add half cup of icing sugar at a time to the same bowl and beat for about minute between each addition
- Add milk to the mixture, beat the combination and give it a little mix
