INGREDIENTS
- 220 g of lettuce / salad leaves
- 2 tomatoes
- small cucumber
- 2 big red onions
- 110 g of boiled green peas
- 6 table spoons of yogurt
- salt and black pepper powder as per your preference
METHOD
- Wash salad leaves or lettuce and finely chop them
- Cut the cucumber into dice
- Slice the onions and mix it with boiled green peas
- Whisk yogurt and add it into the onion mixture
- Add the cucumber pieces, lettuce / salad leaves as well into the above mixture and mix it with a spatula
- Put it in a salad bowl, arrange the sliced tomato in the top of the salad & sprinkle pepper and salt when tasting it with your loved ones.
