Yogurt mixed salad


INGREDIENTS

  • 220 g of lettuce / salad leaves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • small cucumber
  • 2 big red onions
  • 110 g of boiled green peas
  • 6 table spoons of yogurt
  • salt and black pepper powder as per your preference
METHOD
  • Wash salad leaves or lettuce and finely chop them
  • Cut the cucumber into dice
  • Slice the onions and mix it with boiled green peas
  • Whisk yogurt and add it into the onion mixture
  • Add the cucumber pieces, lettuce / salad leaves as well into the above mixture and mix it with a spatula
  • Put it in a salad bowl, arrange the sliced tomato in the top of the salad & sprinkle pepper and salt when tasting it with your loved ones.
