- 500 g of chopped fried chicken
- 1/2 of medium sized watermelon
- 150 g of cucumber
- 1 tea spoon of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper as per your preference
- 1 tea spoon of vinegar
METHOD
- Peel off and seed off the watermelon and cucumber
- Chop the watermelon and cucumber into small pieces
- Put olive oil, salt, black pepper powder into dish and mix them well
- Put the chopped cucumber and water melon into a salad bowl
- Pour the olive oil mixture from the top
- Taste it with your loved ones by mixing with chopped fried chicken
