INGREDIENTS
- Boiled and peeled 250 g of prawns(boil by adding salt)
- 230 g of finely chopped tomato
- 2 chopped salad leaves or lettuce
- 2 - 3 chopped spinach leaves
- 120 g of finely chopped onion
- 1 table spoon of vinegar
- Salt and black pepper powder (as per your preference)
METHOD
- Put the boiled and peeled prawns into a dish and add finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, chopped spinach and salad leaves / lettuce, vinegar, salt & pepper
- Mix them well and taste it with your loved ones
