Pizza dough




INGREDIENTS
  • 380 g of all purpose flour
  • 1 tea spoon of salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon of dry yeast
  • 1 tea spoon of oil
METHOD
  • Combine flour with salt in a bowl
  • Mix the yeast and oil in 200 ml / 1 cup of lukewarm water
  • Add the yeast combination to the bowl with flour & salt
  • Knead with your hands until the ingredients are well combined
  • Keep the mixture aside for about 15 minutes
  • Again knead the rested dough
  • Cut the dough in to 2 equal portions and shape it like a ball with your hand
  • Place on a heavily floured surface
  • Cover the dough with slightly wet cloth and let it rest for 3 - 4 hours at room temperature
  • In order to make the dough flatten to make the pizza, keep each dough on a heavily floured surface and by using your fingers stretch it & using your hand shape it according to the pan / tray.
