INGREDIENTS
- 380 g of all purpose flour
- 1 tea spoon of salt
- 3/4 teaspoon of dry yeast
- 1 tea spoon of oil
METHOD
- Combine flour with salt in a bowl
- Mix the yeast and oil in 200 ml / 1 cup of lukewarm water
- Add the yeast combination to the bowl with flour & salt
- Knead with your hands until the ingredients are well combined
- Keep the mixture aside for about 15 minutes
- Again knead the rested dough
- Cut the dough in to 2 equal portions and shape it like a ball with your hand
- Place on a heavily floured surface
- Cover the dough with slightly wet cloth and let it rest for 3 - 4 hours at room temperature
- In order to make the dough flatten to make the pizza, keep each dough on a heavily floured surface and by using your fingers stretch it & using your hand shape it according to the pan / tray.
