INGREDIENTS
- 1 pineapple
- 3 capsicum (finely chopped)❤
- 1 cucumber
- 30 g of sultana or dried plums
- Few amount of lettuce or salad leaves
- Salt and black pepper powder (as per your preference)
- 1 tea spoon of lime juice
METHOD
- Chop the lettuce or salad leaves and put into a dish
- Peel off and cut the pineapple into small pieces and add to the dish
- Seed off the capsicum
- Chop the cucumber and capsicum and put into the dish
- Add sultana or dried plums into the dish with the chopped vegetables and mix them
- After mixing the chopped ones with sultana or dried plums, add salt, black pepper and lemon juice to it & mix it well
