INGREDIENTS
- 500 g of middle sized mushroom
- 4 table spoons of lemon juice
- 3 table spoons of finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 a tea spoon of mustard powder
- 1/4 bottle of vinegar
- Salt and black pepper powder
- 1/2 a cup of olive oil
METHOD
- Wash the mushroom by adding salt in order to kill germs if there are any
- After washing add lemon juice to the top of the washed mushroom and refrigerate it for about 30 minutes
- Make a cream by adding mustard powder, vinegar, salt and olive oil
- Take out the refrigerated mushroom and sprinkle the finely chopped parsley above it
- Then pour the cream above mushroom and parsley, bake it low heat for sometime and taste with your loved ones.
