Mushroom salad


INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g of middle sized mushroom
  • 4 table spoons of lemon juice
  • 3 table spoons of finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2  a tea spoon of mustard powder
  • 1/4 bottle of vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper powder
  • 1/2 a cup of olive oil
METHOD
  • Wash the mushroom by adding salt in order to kill germs if there are any
  • After washing add lemon juice to the top of the washed mushroom and refrigerate it for about 30 minutes
  • Make a cream by adding mustard powder, vinegar, salt and olive oil
  • Take out the refrigerated mushroom and sprinkle the finely chopped parsley above it
  • Then pour the cream above mushroom and parsley, bake it low heat for sometime and taste with your loved ones.
