INGREDIENTS
- 50 g of red onion
- 3 green chili
- 2 tomatoes
- 110 g of mung bean / munggo / monggo
- 2 carrots
- 2 table spoons of Maldive fish powder
- Salt and black pepper powder as per your preference
METHOD
- Boil the peas and strain water
- Grate the carrots
- Finely chop the green chili
- Slice onion and tomato
- Put the chopped carrots, green chili, onion and tomato into a container & add Maldive fish, black pepper powder, salt to it
- Mix it with your hand or using a spatula
- Then add mung beans / munggo / monggo & mix
- Arrange your salad in a salad tray and taste it with your loved ones.
