Mung bean/ munggo / monggo salad


INGREDIENTS

  • 50 g of red onion
  • 3 green chili
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 110 g of mung bean / munggo / monggo
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 table spoons of Maldive fish powder
  • Salt and black pepper powder as per your preference
METHOD
  • Boil the peas and strain water
  • Grate the carrots
  • Finely chop the green chili
  • Slice onion and tomato
  • Put the chopped carrots, green chili, onion and tomato into a container & add Maldive fish, black pepper powder, salt to it 
  • Mix it with your hand or using a spatula
  • Then add mung beans / munggo / monggo & mix 
  • Arrange your salad in a salad tray and taste it with your loved ones.
