INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup / 60 ml of oil
- 1/2 cup / 125 g of yogurt / curd
- 1/2 cup /100 g
- 1 cup / 120 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 tea spoon of baking soda
- 1/4 cup / 55 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 tea spoon of water
METHOD
- Add oil, curd / yogurt, sugar into a bowl and whisk them
- Add sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda to the same bowl
- Add milk gradually while mixing
- Mix them and make a smooth batter
- Divide the batter into two bowls equally
- Add cocoa powder and water into one bowl and mix it, you will get the cocoa batter
- Grease a small pan
- Put a parchment paper / oil paper to the pan
- Add 2 table spoons of vanilla batter and 1 table spoon of cocoa batter to the pan, continue it until the two types of batters end
- Again mix a little from the top using a tooth pick
- Bake the cake for about 35 - 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C.
