Kohila crisps(lasia stalk)


INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g of medium sized kohila ala/ lasia stalk
  • 1 egg
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil (to fry)
METHOD
  • Peel off the lasia stalk / kohila ala
  • Slice it thinly(in horizontal way as shown in the above image)
  • Dip the sliced kohila or lasia stalk in the eggwhite by adding some salt to the egg white 
  • Then dip it in the bread crumbs
  • Fry them in the low flame and taste it with your loved ones.                                                                    ~The best for your loved ones💓 ~
