
INGREDIENTS
- 100 g of medium sized kohila ala/ lasia stalk
- 1 egg
- Bread crumbs
- Oil (to fry)
METHOD
- Peel off the lasia stalk / kohila ala
- Slice it thinly(in horizontal way as shown in the above image)
- Dip the sliced kohila or lasia stalk in the eggwhite by adding some salt to the egg white
- Then dip it in the bread crumbs
- Fry them in the low flame and taste it with your loved ones. ~The best for your loved ones💓 ~
