
INGREDIENTS
- 300 g of jaggery
- 30 g of gelatin
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 5 g of cardamon
- 1 small tin of condensed milk
- 2 egg whites
METHOD
- Finely chop jaggery
- Add chopped jaggery and condensed milk to a container and mix them
- Mix gelatin and small amount of water
- Combine jaggery mixture with gelatin
- Cook it in medium flame for few minutes
- Take it out from the flame and add vanilla extract, cinnamon, egg whites and cardamon to it
- Mix it well
- Pour the mixture into a tray and refrigerate it
- After it is set taste it with your loved ones
