Jaggery pudding


INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g of jaggery
  • 30 g of gelatin
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon 
  • 5 g of cardamon
  • 1 small tin of condensed milk
  • 2 egg whites
METHOD
  • Finely chop jaggery
  • Add chopped jaggery and condensed milk to a container and mix them
  • Mix gelatin and small amount of water
  • Combine jaggery mixture with gelatin
  • Cook it in medium flame for few minutes 
  • Take it out from the flame and add vanilla extract, cinnamon, egg whites and cardamon to it 
  • Mix it well
  • Pour the mixture into a tray and refrigerate it
  • After it is set taste it with your loved ones
