Egg less cake recipe



INGREDIENTS
  • 128 g / 1 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 150 g / 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup / 110 g of cooking oil
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
METHOD
  • Sift the flour in a bowl
  • Add yogurt and sugar into another bowl. Whisk them until it become a smooth batter
  • Add baking soda and baking powder to the batter. Keep it aside for 5 minutes
  • Add oil to the batter
  • Add vanilla essence and mix it well
  • Add the sifted flour to the mixture
  • Mix well using a whisk / spatula
  • Grease the baking pan
  • Cover the greased area of the pan with a butter paper / parchment paper
  • Pour the batter into baking pan, bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 365 degree F / 180 degree C
  • Test the cake after baking by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean it's well baked
