Cashew dates milk toffee


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tin of condensed milk
  • 800 g sugar
  • 1 Tin of water
  • 1 g of butter
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
  • Thinly chopped cashew 400 g
  • Thinly chopped dates 400 g
  • Small tray to spread the mixture
METHOD
  • Boil water and sugar in a saucepan until sugar become caramel.
  • Add the tin of condensed milk into the pan.
  • Stir the mixture in low flame and cook the mixture well.
  • After few minutes take the pan out from the flame.
  • Then mix it well by adding dates and cashew little by little.
  • Spread the 1 g of butter in the bottom of the tray.
  • Put your mixture into the tray and spread evenly using a spatula.
  • Cut into rectangular pieces after the heat is reduced and taste it with our loved ones.
