Carrot cake


INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g of flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 110 g of butter
  • 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tea spoons of cinnamon powder
  • finely chopped 150 g of carrot
  • 75 g of cashew nuts
METHOD
  • Add butter and sugar to a bowl, beat them well
  • Add the eggs to the mixture and beat again
  • After making a fine cream, add flour, cinnamon powder,finely chopped carrot, cashew and baking powder to the mixture
  • Mix them without beating
  • Pour the mixture into a baking tray where the bottom has been oiled
  • Bake it for about 1 hour
