Caramelized bread rusk


INGREDIENTS

  • 15 pieces of small bread rusks
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
  • 150 ml of water
METHOD
  • Put the sugar and water into a pan 
  • Caramelize the sugar while you stir continuously
  • Add vanilla extract and bread rusks to the pan after caramelizing the sugar
  • Mix the bread rusks with the caramel in low flame 
  • After the caramel is absorbed to the bread rusks take it off the pan and taste it with a tea after the heat is reduced.
