INGREDIENTS
- 15 pieces of small bread rusks
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
- 150 ml of water
METHOD
- Put the sugar and water into a pan
- Caramelize the sugar while you stir continuously
- Add vanilla extract and bread rusks to the pan after caramelizing the sugar
- Mix the bread rusks with the caramel in low flame
- After the caramel is absorbed to the bread rusks take it off the pan and taste it with a tea after the heat is reduced.
