INGREDIENTS
- 250 g of unripe bitter gourd
- Green chili and big onion(any amount as you prefer)
- Black pepper powder
- Maldive fish
- 4 ripe tomato
- Lime and salt
- Oil
METHOD
- Wash the bitter gourd and finely chop it
- Fry it in deep oil
- Finely chop green chili and onion & Add black pepper powder, Maldive fish, salt
- Mix the spices with green chili and onion
- Then add the fried bitter gourd with finely chopped tomato to the above mixture and mix it well
- Sprinkle some lemon juice and taste it with your loved ones.
