Ingredients
1 egg
100 g plain flour
125 ml milk
2 1/2 table spoon of cooking oil
1 table spoon of sugar syrup
Method
- Put the egg,flour,milk in a bowl and make a smooth mixture by mixing
- Heat a frying pan and put half-ladlefuls of batter to make 1 pancake
- cook one side of the pancake for about one minute and use the spatula to turn the pancake to the other side
- cook all the pancakes from the batter you have prepared and put them into a plate and drizzle sugar syrup
- you cake taste your pancakes with fruits or with a scoop of ice cream
