Nutella chocolate pudding



Ingredients 


  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 table spoons of nutella
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea spoon vanilla extract
Method
  • Melt the unsalted butter and nutella with the help of the microwave in a large bowl
  • whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl and add 25 g of sugar to it while whisking
  • After melting add 50 g of sugar, egg yolks, vanilla 
  • Beat the mixture in to a smooth paste
  • Add the egg white and sugar mix into the mixture that has been beaten and fold it with a spoon
  • Put the mixture into 4 ovenproof dishes and bake it for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated  oven 160 Celsius (325 Fahrenheit)
